Dr. An and his lab members attended the IALE-North America meeting held at the Omni Hotel in Oklahoma City from April 1st to April 5th. This event gathered leading minds in the field of landscape ecology, providing a unique opportunity for networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration. Dr. An took his office as the president of IALE-North America on April 03, 2024. During his presidency, he will lead a range of activities that promote the science and application of landscape ecology, increase the membership of IALE-North America, recognize unique individual landscape ecologists who substantially contribute to the discipline.
