Dr. Tian led research in ‘Nature’ found human-induced greenhouse gas emissions from the land contribute to climate change

Along with scientists from 16 institutions in four countries, Dr. Tian led research found that human-induced methane and nitrous oxide gas emissions overwhelm terrestrial carbon dioxide uptake, which contribute to climate change. New research found increased air pollution and drought threatening food security in China

Along with colleagues from University of Kentucky, Auburn University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Lehigh Univeristy and MIT, Dr. Tian found increased air pollution and drought threatening food security in China.
