Effective March 20, 2025, the International Center for Climate and Global Change Research will officially be renamed the Center for Human-Earth System Science (CHESS).
This change, approved by Auburn University President Dr. Christopher B. Roberts and Dean of the College of Forestry, Wildlife, and Environment Dr. Janaki Alavalapati, reflects our commitment to advancing interdisciplinary research on the dynamic interactions between humans and the environment.
